STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION
Similar to Rolfing and Heller-Work
Structural Integration bodywork is used to relax connective
tissue called fascia through out the body,
allowing muscle to relax and reduce pressure that can be pulling your body
out of it's natural alignment.
Structural Integration bodywork can have longer lasting effects than a massage,
as
it works more with the deeper cause of chronic pain.
Structural Intergration is also good for athletes, by loosening
fascial restrictions on muscles,
allowing more freedom of movement.
I incorporate structural Integration into
most of my massages, as almost everyone can benefit from it.
It is particularily helpful for clients with hip pain conditions
/ Sciatica / Tight Hamstrings / Shoulder Pain.
See Massage Services for Structural
Integration Available from Massage Health Works.
